The Show-Rate Ledger
The numbers below are illustrative, not Mindbloom's actual figures. Drag the sliders, or type into the fields, and swap in numbers that look like your program's real funnel to see what one point of show rate is worth, in dollars and in people who get to start care.
Your funnel
Five inputs describe a program-based telehealth funnel, from eligibility check to program start.

What one point of show rate is worth
One point of show rate is $0 a year and 0 more people starting care.
How this model works
This ledger multiplies five numbers straight through the funnel: eligibility checks, the share that book a consult, the share that show up, the share that converts to a program, and the program price. It assumes every check carries the same odds of booking and attending, so one blended show rate stands in for the whole population rather than varying by channel, day, or clinician. It holds booking rate, conversion rate, and price steady while show rate moves, even though in a real program better reminders or scheduling can lift more than one rate at once. It also assumes no capacity limit: every consult that would happen gets staffed, and every program that starts gets delivered.
