## Method

Quotes below were pulled live from pages actually fetched or browsed on August 14, 2026:
Trustpilot (mindbloom.com profile, 3 pages of "most recent" sort), the Better Business Bureau
profile (customer reviews + complaints tabs), Mindbloom's own curated `/reviews` page, the
Mindbloom iOS App Store listing, the Mindbloom Google Play listing, four Reddit threads in
r/TherapeuticKetamine (retrieved via Internet Archive Wayback Machine snapshots — see
limitations below), a STAT News investigative piece that quotes Reddit posts directly, and a
Behavioral Health Business news article quoting a wrongful-death lawsuit's court filings.

Every quote is verbatim from the fetched page, trimmed to 1–3 relevant sentences. Nothing here
is paraphrased into quote form or invented. Where a page would not load, that failure is logged
in the companion file `reviews-sources.md` instead of being papered over.

## Honest limitations

- **Reddit could not be accessed directly.** `reddit.com`, `www.redditmedia.com`, and
  `web.archive.org` fetches of Reddit URLs were all blocked for this session's WebFetch tool,
  and `reddit.com` is blocked outright in the browser pane by platform policy. The four Reddit
  threads quoted here were reached by first locating thread URLs via Bing search, then loading
  Internet Archive Wayback Machine snapshots of those specific URLs *through the browser pane*
  (archive.org loaded there even though direct Reddit did not). This worked, but with gaps:
  - The "Mindbloom - Guide recommendation?" thread has only one snapshot, captured ~2 minutes
    after posting — no comment replies were archived, only the original post.
  - The "Mindbloom pricing??" thread's earliest snapshot likewise had no comments; a later
    snapshot surfaced one reply.
  - There is no way to know how many other Mindbloom threads/comments exist on Reddit that
    were never archived or never surfaced by Bing's index. This is a sample, not a census.
- **Trustpilot's 1-star filter URL (`?stars=1`) returned HTTP 403** when fetched directly;
  negative Trustpilot material below instead comes from the unfiltered "most recent" pages,
  which include plenty of 1- and 2-star reviews.
- **Yelp and ConsumerAffairs searches surfaced no usable Mindbloom (ketamine company) content** —
  Yelp's "Mindbloom" results were dominated by an unrelated Washington DC preschool of the same
  name, and no ConsumerAffairs profile for the ketamine company was found.
- **ELLE magazine's first-person Mindbloom essay could not be fetched** (domain blocked for
  this tool). An AOL republish of a similar at-home-ketamine essay returned a 404 (link dead
  or moved).
- **Google Play**: only the 3 reviews shown directly on the app's main listing page were
  captured verbatim; the "See all reviews" modal could not be opened reliably in the time
  available, so the Play Store sample is small (n=3) relative to Trustpilot.
- **Apple App Store**: the fetch tool returned most reviews as paraphrased summaries rather
  than full verbatim text. Only fragments that came back in quotation marks (i.e., the tool's
  own verbatim extraction) are used below; paraphrased summary text was discarded rather than
  presented as a quote.
- **mindbloom.com/reviews is company-curated** — Mindbloom selects and hosts these quotes
  themselves. They are marked `[COMPANY-CURATED]` throughout and should be weighted accordingly;
  no dates or star ratings are shown on that page.
- The Behavioral Health Business article and the STAT News piece are journalism, not customer
  reviews — included because they contain direct, attributable quotes (court documents, Reddit
